• Preserved the pre-existing untracked .codex/ tree and Codex Image Aug 4, 2026, 09_34_32 PM.png; the pre/post git status --short digest remained c064e2bc4352440da1b9e654bedf06e661fe469e4ff6fea4345ffd9917b8e989.
• Updated the canonical PROJECTS milestone and both durable SESSION-STATE files.
