      • Row 2: 6-node fleet health matrix (rdmsm4x, rdmbair15m5, rdmbair13m5, jdmbair13m5, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m) with live age and truthfulness indicators (dimmed --%, [OFFLINE], red dot 🔴).
      • Row 3: Active agent workstreams and claimed tasks.
      • Row 4: Operational queue counters (blocked, paused, orphan counts, errors).
      • Row 5: Active step meter with in-flight sync/scan progress bar and ETA.
      • Row 6: Hotkey action bar (1-4 screens, T claim, R resolve, P pause/hold, Q quit).
    • Upper dynamic dashboard screens:
      • Screen 1: Bus Events with 15-second deduplication (×N) badges and token-bucket throttling (25 ev/s).
      • Screen 2: Real-time Chat & Dispatch console with peer agents (claude@rdmsm4x, agy, codex).
