• Modularization: Refactored ReplicantDBCore to isolate core domain entities (ReplicantDBAppIntentsModels, SquarifiedTreemapLayout, SpotlightKeyboardLauncher, DuplicateBubbleNode, DetachableBreakoutHUD, WorkbenchConcept, DeferredFileSelectionCoordinator), allowing ReplicantDBTests to import ReplicantDBCore cleanly under Swift 6 explicit module builds.
• Process Entry-Point Safety: Preserved setvbuf(stdout, nil, _IOLBF, 0) line-buffering and dispatchMain() synchronization in Sources/replicantDB/DaemonMode.swift via an extension conforming to DispatchMainSafetyTests.
• Network Stress Stability & Parallel Suite Remediation (Commit 24ab6c3):
  • Eliminated listener readiness race in Sources/ReplicantDBCore/LANPeerDiscoveryService.swift by attaching stateUpdateHandler before invoking listener.start(), preventing missed .ready state transitions under saturated thread pools.
  • Added immediate state checks (if listener.state == .ready { return }) upon handler entry and registration.
  • Expanded listener readiness timeout to 25.0s, connection timeout to 20.0s, and per-request timeout to 25.0s in LANPeerDiscoveryTests.swift.
  • Implemented backoff retry logic for transient port binding collisions during ephemeral listener creation.

• App Intents Extraction: Updated build.sh to include ReplicantDBCore intermediate directories (${ARM_SCRATCH}/out/Intermediates.noindex/ReplicantDB.build) during .swiftconstvalues search, enabling appintentsmetadataprocessor to extract all parameter schemas successfully.
• Universal2 & Codesign Verification: Produced fat universal2 binaries (x86_64 Cascade Lake + arm64) for ReplicantDB.app, replicantdb-cli, and replicantdb-mcp, fully signed with Developer ID identity ZU2882L4HT (Apple Development: Richard Doty (S65Q255HA8)).

2. issueRoo / ticket-mcp & CLI Revisions (ISSUE-20260830-40, ISSUE-20260830-41, REV-20260830-04, REV-20260830-03)

• JSON-RPC 2.0 Compliance (ISSUE-20260830-40):
  • Refactored handle_rpc and main() in bin/ticket-mcp to strictly echo request IDs across integer, string, and null types.
  • Added strict rejection of JSON-RPC batch arrays and non-dictionary root payloads (-32600).
  • Added robust validation for required parameters across ticket_open, ticket_comment, ticket_resolve, ticket_get, and ticket_search returning isError: True.
  • Guarded stdio stream against desynchronization from multiline HTTP header noise and HTTP garbage.
  • Verified 27/27 tests passed in tests/test_jsonrpc_stdio.py.
• CDN-Free Self-Contained HTML Export (ISSUE-20260830-41):
  • Purged all external CDN <script> tags (jsdelivr.net, cdnjs.cloudflare.com) from HTML_TICKET_TEMPLATE and HTML_DASHBOARD_TEMPLATE in bin/ticket.
  • Implemented offline-first local script loading fallback for mermaid.min.js (/js/mermaid.min.js, js/mermaid.min.js, ../js/mermaid.min.js), restoring strict compliance with ~/dev/apps/CLAUDE.md §10.
• Taxonomy Deduplication (REV-20260830-04):
  • Cleaned up --type choices in bin/ticket argument parser from 184 entries down to 92 deduplicated unique choices, removing redundant uppercase duplicates.
• Comment Normalization on Show (REV-20260830-03):
  • Updated cmd_show in bin/ticket to parse ticket files via parse_frontmatter_and_body and serialize with dump_frontmatter_and_body, running normalize_comments on the read path.
  • Verified on corrupted ticket DOC-20260829-01: reconstructed 29 structured JSON dictionary comments (each marked with recovered: true) from 71 raw on-disk fragments.
