Changes & Verification

1. Generator Implementation:
   • Developed scripts/generate_project_prds.py adhering to R2 self-containment specifications (zero external CDNs, fully inlined CSS/JS/SVG/PNG data-URIs).
   • Embedded interactive tri-state theme switcher ([System] [Light] [Dark]), CSS variable tokens, 6-tile vital gauge row, blockers panel, quickstart commands, epistemic feature matrix (solid vs dashed rules), machine interfaces surface, and Airtable-style severity-sorted tickets.
2. Execution & Staging:
   • Processed all 113 undocumented projects from workspace_catalog.json.
   • Wrote 113 files to project repositories, 113 to Cloudflare Pages staging, and 113 to Docker wiki staging.
   • Updated data/workspace_catalog.json setting has_doc = True for all 132 projects.
   • Appended dev/ and 113 staged paths to native-wiki-paths.txt.
3. Verification Evidence:
   • Exactly 113 HTML files created in project directories (>5 KB each; min 31 KB, max 108 KB, avg 41 KB).
   • Strict HTML5 syntax validation via html.parser.HTMLParser: 0 errors, 0 unclosed tags.
   • Asset self-containment regex scan: 0 external CDN links.
   • Theme switcher mechanics: 100% compliant.
   • Hash parity: 100% byte-for-byte identical across all three deployment mirrors.
