Assembled and deployed modern shadcn-style HTML5 master catalog index portal across Cloudflare Pages and Docker Nginx environments, and implemented automated E2E verification test suite for Milestones 3 and 4.

1. Master Catalog Index Generation (Milestone 3):
   • Created /Users/richh/dev/scripts/generate_master_portal.py.
   • Assembled modern interactive shadcn-style HTML5 portal:
     • 132 project rows across 12 structured columns with Apple squircle icons (border-radius: 22.5%, embedded base64 PNG/SVG data URIs).
     • Nerd Font monospace typography (tabular-nums) and eza flat monochrome glyphs (◈ ◻ ⚙ ▸ △ ◇ ⊘ §).
     • Interactive half-page detail drawer on row click featuring product specs, architecture overview, epistemic feature matrix, ticket cards, actionable quickstart CLI commands, and direct PRD links.
     • Collapsible sidebar with category and CPU architecture filters, and real-time instant search bar with live match counter.
     • Tri-state reactive theme switcher ([System] [Light] [Dark]) with localStorage persistence and full CSS variable tokens.
     • 100% SHA-256 byte parity verified across all 4 deployment targets.
     • Registered dev/index.html in sites/dev.ecs0.net/config/native-wiki-paths.txt.
2. Verification Automation & E2E Acceptance (Milestone 4):
   • Created /Users/richh/dev/scripts/verify_portal.py verification runner.
   • Programmatically validates 13 distinct checks: HTML5 markup compliance, asset self-containment (zero CDNs), icon payloads, theme switching, search indexing, drawer expansion, multi-site parity, and overlay registration.
   • Execution results: 13 / 13 checks passed (100% green) in 0.175s.
3. Comprehensive Test Suite Passes:
   • tests/test_m3_portal_stress.py: 8/8 checks passed.
   • tests/test_boundary_invariants_m3.py: 12/12 tests passed.
   • tests/test_m4_e2e_acceptance.py: 10/10 tests passed.
   • Full regression suite across M1, M2, M3, M4 passing cleanly.
4. Ticket & Work Lifecycle Integration:
   • Claimed and resolved TASK-20260904-04.
   • Updated parent feature FEAT-20260904-05.
   • Prepended checkpoints to ~/dev/SESSION-STATE.md and ~/.agent-coordination/SESSION-STATE.md.
