Merged the only open PR across all richhdoty repos (RTTy #9, cloud-session handoff doc) on Rich's blanket approval, and placed the requested second copy in ecs0lib.

Context

• Rich, 2026-09-04 16:18 EDT, chat dev-08 on rdmsm4x: "all PRs approved across all chats".
• Inventory: gh search prs --owner richhdoty --state=open → exactly one: richhdoty/RTTy#9, draft, docs-only, mergeable CLEAN, no checks configured.

Scope

• Host: rdmsm4x only. Repos: ~/dev/apps/RTTy, ~/dev/lib/ecs0lib.

Changes

1. RTTy PR #9 marked ready and merged (merge commit) → main e44ade0, merged 2026-09-04 16:17:46 EDT. Branch claude/handoff-20260904-cloud-fleet-configs-24 deleted on GitHub (recoverable from the PR).
   • Added: docs/handoffs/2026-09-04-cloud-fleet-configs-24.md (445 lines). Merge-base diff verified as that one file only.
   • Local main fast-forwarded; script/validate_docs.sh → PASS (15 HTML, 100 Markdown, 8 images).
   • Pushed main to fleet and backup remotes (e0e9a9a..e44ade0).
2. ecs0lib: copied the same file to docs/handoffs/ (new dir), committed by explicit path as 22888aa, pushed to origin, fleet, backup. Another session's uncommitted SESSION-STATE.md and Shell/footlights.zsh left untouched.
3. Fleet bus: send --to claude@rdmsm4x --topic rtty-pr9-handoff-merged notifying the RTTy/Tyrell lead.

Verification

• gh pr view 9 --json state → MERGED, sha e44ade0cee4f.
• git rev-list --count main...origin/main in RTTy → 0 0 after pull.
• All push commands captured with rc=0 (not piped).

Undo

• RTTy: git revert -m 1 e44ade0 on main, push to origin/fleet/backup.
• ecs0lib: git revert 22888aa, push to origin/fleet/backup.

Outstanding owner actions

• None for the merge. The handoff's content (Build 49 upload decision, banner fix, window floor) belongs to the RTTy lead session, not this one.
