Service: Continuous real-time multi-host monitoring and surgical triage (com.eastcoastscience.fleet-realtime-guard).

/Users/richh/Library/LaunchAgents/com.eastcoastscience.fleet-realtime-guard.plist: Created and bootstrapped 180s interval LaunchAgent with nice=10.
/Users/richh/dev/fleet/ops/fleet_realtime_guard.zsh: Added 5MB log rollover/capping and expanded NEVER_KILL with Finder, Spotlight, ReplicantDB, compilers, and UI tools.
/Users/richh/dev/fleet/maintenance/scripts/host_storm_guard.zsh: Expanded canonical NEVER list with ReplicantDB, 1Password, Spotlight, managedcorespotlightd, swift-frontend, cargo, rustc, apfsd, syspolicyd, loginwindow, ghostty, Terminal, Finder.
~/.agent-coordination/storm_guard.zsh: Local copy updated and deployed fleet-wide.

Memory free across fleet: 70%–96%, swap 0MB on 5 of 6 machines, 2.6GB cold inactive swap on rdmbair13m5 with 70% free physical memory.
