1. RTTy PR #12 Merged & Ticket Resolved

• Repository: richhdoty/RTTy on canonical host rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/RTTy.
• Changes: Replaced rolled-up NetworkTrafficCoverage.isPartial with direct reading of ecs0lib discrete eviction terms (engineEvictedProcesses, engineEvictedEndpoints), ensuring eviction is treated as bounding rather than spurious source loss.
• Verification: Ran test suites LatencyCoreTests, ProbeCollectionPolicyTests on rdmsm4x — 100% passed.
• Merge: Fast-forward merged into main (f2b6fb2). Cleaned up temporary worktree.
• Ticket: Marked ISSUE-20260904-14 resolved with commit evidence and root cause analysis.

2. Canonical ECSMemory Library Promotion & 100% Test Pass Rate

• Promotion: Synchronized full ECSMemory codebase from scratch host rdmpw3275m to canonical rdmsm4x:~/dev/lib/ECSMemory.
• Git Initialization: Initialized git repository on branch main, committed full implementation under root commit 878af6b.
• Defect Resolution: Fixed adversarial worker compilation in Tests/ECSMemoryTests/AdversarialCrashStressTests.swift. Previously, the test passed hardcoded .build/debug/Modules and expected individual .swift.o files, failing under modern SwiftPM which compiles a unified ECSMemory.o and .swiftmodule in .build/debug. Updated worker compilation to inspect .build/debug and dynamically locate ECSMemory.o. Committed as 7498643.
• Verification Evidence:

• Vectorization: Connected to local Ollama on 127.0.0.1:11434 using qwen3-embedding:4b-q8_0 (2,560 dimensions). Unit-normalized vector blobs stored as binary BLOBs alongside FTS5 full-text indexes.
