Context & Motivation

Milestone 6 Iteration 1 failed on a binary veto by teamwork_preview_auditor_m6_1 due to:

  1. apps/Tyrell working tree drift (37 uncommitted files and 22 commits behind fleet/main).
  2. Selective omission in run_all_e2e_tests.zsh lines 511–516 where Tyrell was excluded from the Tier 5 dual-remote parity check loop.
  3. False attestation in TEST_READY.md line 112 claiming all 24 apps reported 0 dirty | 0 0.

    • Preserved 37 uncommitted files from peer orchestrator_10 onto dedicated tracking branch codex/orchestrator10-attention-resolution-wip.
    • Cleaned ephemeral build directories: .build_auditor_m1, .build_challenger_m1, .build_e2e.
    • Fast-forwarded branch main to fleet/main (e67848395a65b0117994166b578255fa9417fcfd), achieving 0 dirty | 0 0 dual-remote parity with fleet and backup.
  2. rdmsm4x:~/dev/scripts/run_all_e2e_tests.zsh:
    • Replaced lines 511–547 with the Option C fidelity patch:
      • Set local audited_apps=( "${PORTFOLIO_APPS[@]}" ) to audit all 24 consuming applications as a single source of truth.
      • Resolved boolean masking defect in the parity loop: independently evaluates working tree cleanliness (dty == 0), fleet/main parity (0 0), backup/main parity (0 0), and replicantDB skipfetchall == true.
      • Ensured any failure sets repo_failed=1, logs a descriptive WARN, and increments (( git_fails++ )).
    • Added export NSSupportsAutomaticTermination=NO and export NSAppSleepDisabled=YES to prevent AppKit Automatic Termination (TAL) from sending spurious SIGTERM signals to long-running test suites.
    • Enforced 0755 permissions and verified syntax with zsh -n.
  3. rdmsm4x:~/dev/sites/dev.ecs0.net:
    • Cleaned transient uncommitted artifacts from background publisher ticks back to committed state c087eba, validating 100% Rule 34 cryptographic byte parity across all 3 web endpoints.
