Documented the App Store publishing procedure as a reusable skill, wrote the pre-restart handoff, and armed the one-shot resume agent so this session continues after Rich's restart.

What changed

New skill ~/.claude/skills/apple-app-store-publish/SKILL.md v1.0: Direct-vs-App-Store lanes, portal prerequisites, ASC API key handling (names in ~/.secrets/global.env, .p8 in ~/.private_keys), app-record form quirks, altool validate/upload, the jumbo-frame upload hang and its route fix, export compliance, TestFlight → Distribution steps, the fields that block Save, and the Rich-only list. Source: the RTTy 506 upload on 2026-09-10.
Memories: app-store-connect-publish-traps (new), index line in MEMORY.md; jumbo-mtu-blackhole-apple-object-storage (yesterday).

Resume: ~/scripts/resume_once_after_reboot.zsh v1.2 (prompt re-pointed at the new handoff; same session id 742a212e…); ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.eastcoastscience.resume-once.plist written (RunAtLoad; launchd picks it up at the next login; the script deletes the plist before bootout, so it fires exactly once). Undo: rm ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.eastcoastscience.resume-once.plist.

Before restarting: in the Chrome ecs-profile "App Store Connect" tab, enter App Review contact (first, last, +1 phone, email) and click Save — the typed listing text is not persisted until then (fallback copy: apps/RTTy/docs/app-store/LISTING-DRAFT-0.3.831-20260910.md).
After restart: the resume Terminal opens ~75 s after login; the scoped MTU route is gone until re-added (only needed for another App Store upload).
Decide ISSUE-20260910-09 (persistent route vs en0 MTU 1500).
