- /Applications/Tyrell.app CFBundleVersion 25, exe sha256 d7bb71eb… — byte-identical to the artifact notarized here on 09-15.
- Daemon sha256 220f6eac… — exactly Build 24's. Guard from ~/.tyrell/build25-canary-r2-20260915-…, daemon up 22:20:59.
- Coordinator reports the 30-minute short gate passed at 67.8 MiB physical; long-gate verdict ≈ 04:31 EDT (owned by codex@rdmpw3275m/01a078a7).
Verified next-build cut (nothing pushed or built)
- f97f4ce + 9d467db + 631491b + 701fcc6 + 88d8eef + 56b1f27, cherry-picked in that order, all clean → head d466293 in ~/dev/_handoff/tyrell-cutcheck-20260915/apps/Tyrell.
- Full swift test: 727 Swift Testing cases (26+507+83+111), 0 failures; XCTest 0 failures.
- Script contracts rc=0: version_single_source, make_app_bundle, tyrellbar_agent_identity, tyrellbar_agent_restart, tyrelld_stable_install. BUILD_NUMBER still 25 — only the stamp remains.
- Do NOT cherry-pick the app branch by range: it contains 3a2131e and its revert ab291e7.
Changes on claude/tyrell-app-ui-20260914 (now 128ce9e; backup + fleet)
- 56b1f27: providers visual-fixture test skips when the PNG is absent instead of failing (both branches exercised; TYRELL_PROVIDERS_FIXTURE overrides the path).
- ab291e7: revert of 3a2131e, an unannounced commit that added an unused constant stabilizedStatusItemWidth = 93.0 and a test asserting it equals its own literal. Found only because the suite count moved 702 → 703 and test names were diffed. Broadcast sent asking the author to identify themselves.

Outstanding owner actions
- Rich: add the ECS_LIBS_TOKEN repository secret (needs his GitHub login). Until then CI on PR #36/#37 fails at preflight and every checkout is skipped; both PRs are annotated so red CI is not misread. Already OPEN in ISSUES.md.
