One-line: scheduled sweep renamed 5 project/estate CCD sessions, archived 5 stale scheduled-run sessions, committed+pushed the fleet operational record and fleet-netmgmt, preserved one conflicted commit on a rescue branch; 0 open PRs across Rich's repos, so nothing merged and no review agents spawned.

Scope

• Host: rdmsm4x only (local state = CCD session titles, git commits/pushes under ~/dev).

The 46-hour gap is the defect Rich flagged ("you suspended yourself for 2x days"). kern.boottime = Mon Sep 14 14:56:50 (no reboot). The gap sits exactly between the five archive_session calls and the next Bash date; the likeliest cause is an approval wait on archive_session in an unattended run. Mitigation applied this run: no interactive-capable session-management calls until after the substantive work; SendFeedback was unavailable in this session, so this record is the report.

Re-measured on 09-16 (the 09-14 numbers above were stale)

• RTTy: Build 513 / 0.3.838 on all six hosts (09-15); overnight soak passed (ISSUE-20260915-10). Next 514.
• Tyrell: Build 25 app / 24 daemon canary on rdmbair15m5; long-gate verdict due 15:51 EDT (owner 4a36fd71, active).

• PR #35 (codex/tyrell-build21-memory-20260914, was DRAFT): verdict MERGE-AFTER-FIX. Fix pushed 9e695c4 — gate exits 2 on shallow clone / no base / unresolvable base (was rc=1 with a wrong cause), check-4 continuation uses detail() not fail(). Verified all four directions in an isolated clone: no arg → 2; f97f4ce → 0; decabe6 → 1; deadbeef → 2. CI script contract tests SUCCESS on 9e695c4; merged → 167bd18.
• Proof the merge order did the job: the lineage gate run against post-merge main (0614ace) → RESULT: all contracts hold (rc 0); against pre-merge main (decabe6) → 3 failed (rc 1).
• NOT merged, by decision (DEC-20260916-oversight-01): branch claude/tyrell-build25-app-ui-20260915 (f97f4ce) — 2 conflict hunks vs main, no PR, active owner mid-canary. Owner decides after the 15:51 verdict.
