DishTTY's state is captured for a cold resume after restart: docs rewritten against fresh measurements, three fleet tickets opened, everything committed and pushed to all three remotes.

Host rdmsm4x; ~/dev/apps/DishTTY (+ ~/dev/PROJECTS.md, ~/dev/issues). Window: 2026-09-16 13:41 → 2026-09-16 13:46 EDT. No code changed today.

- Commit 726d78a: SESSION-STATE.md gains a "RESUME HERE" block (measured state, post-restart checklist, open tickets, landmines, owner actions); STATUS.md rewritten with 2026-09-16 measurements and corrected fleet remote URL; ISSUES.md records causes 2+3 of ISS-20260912-01 as fixed with 23 h evidence and points at the tickets.
- Pushed to fleet, origin and backup (all at 726d78a).
- Tickets opened: TASK-20260916-01 (p1, Rich: sign in inside the app), FEAT-20260916-03 (p2: get_history backfill + outages), SPIKE-20260916-02 (p3: "in sky dome 0").
- ~/dev/PROJECTS.md: DishTTY row updated (PROTOTYPE -> HARDENING) with current counts and open items.
Verification (measured today)
- swift test: 597 passed, 0 failures (Core 304, E2E 154, UI 122, swift-testing 17).
- Poller health since the 2026-09-15 transport fix: 8,081 samples, max gap 1.0 min, mean 10.4 s (before: gaps to 5.9 h). Last sample was current at the time of writing.
- Installed /Applications/DishTTY.app = 5239de2, Developer ID signed, notarized, stapled, universal2.
- Relay to the dish reachable: 100.103.136.116:9200 via Tailscale host 18a-rdpi5b.
After restart
- DishTTY is NOT a login item and will not restart itself:
open -a DishTTY. - Confirm polling is live: sqlite3 on telemetry_history.sqlite3, max(timestamp) should be ~now.
- Relay must be up first (Tailscale); otherwise the app correctly shows Offline.
Owner actions
- TASK-20260916-01: sign in to Starlink inside DishTTY (Cmd-comma > Starlink Account > Sign In...).
- Rotate the CM3000 modem password (old value still in git history 676ac16).
- Optional: enable local-network location access in the Starlink app for real pass predictions.
