One-line: this scheduled run fired while the previous run's session (local_3915ed12, resumed 13:39) was already mid-sweep on the same prompt; this run took the non-overlapping work — pushed RTTy's one unpushed commit, re-swept 409 repos, refreshed three thread titles — and left the Tyrell PR fix/merge to the sibling, which merged #35 at 13:48 and is finishing #38.

Scheduled task fired a new run at 13:43:52 EDT while its 09-14 run session was live again (resumed 13:39, still running at 13:49). Two agents on one prompt = the broadcast-collision pattern. Cross-session messaging is unavailable in unattended sessions, so coordination was by reading the sibling's transcript and scratchpad (review-pr35.md, review-pr38.md) and taking disjoint work.

Tyrell PR #38 MERGED by the sibling at 17:50:10Z (13:50 EDT): script contract tests pass; swift build && swift test still fails at the ECS_LIBS_TOKEN preflight (pre-existing on main since 09-12, environmental). Rich's repos now have 0 open PRs.
Title collision: my 13:49 rename of the Tyrell thread overwrote a sibling rename; restored the sibling's title verbatim. Estate and this run's titles updated to 0 open PRs.
Timestamp discrepancy: the sibling's Tyrell title carries "(2026-09-16 13:53 EDT)" while date on this host read 13:50:13 after it was written. That stamp was not read from the clock.
