Fleet-wide audit of open/abandoned work across ~/dev: everything at risk of loss is now captured, and 253 unmerged branches are classified merge-or-abandon. Nothing was deleted.
Scope
- rdmsm4x only; read-only measurement plus additive capture (bundles, mirrors, rescue refs, snapshots). No commits to anyone's branch, no merges of anyone's work, no deletions.

Captured (was at risk, now is not)
- apps/xcpe (5 commits) and apps/xReaper (3 commits): NO remote at all -> bundled locally and mirrored to new private GitHub repos; heads verified equal.
- apps/firmwaredb: only remote pointed at itself (same host, same path) -> real mirror created, head verified.
- sites/firmwaredb.app and net/fleet-certs: no remote -> bundled and mirrored, heads verified. (sites/firmwaredb.io is a symlink to .app, not a second repo.)
- 13 stashes across 10 repos -> refs/stash pushed to rescue/20260916/stash on each repo's remote.
- 4 unpushed branches incl. lib/app-baseline (17 minutes old at audit
time) -> pushed to rescue/20260916/
on every remote. - Uncommitted work in 29 worktrees -> per-path tar snapshots with a manifest. apps/scanRoo's ~20 live files snapshotted, NOT committed (it was being edited minutes earlier).
- apps/RDmacTCCfix (not a git repo at all) -> tar snapshot.

Disposition (decided, not executed)
- 253 unmerged branches classified by whether they carry content main lacks: 5 EMPTY-DIFF (already merged; retirable without judgement), 38 ACTIVE (<=7d), 173 REVIEW (8-30d), 37 STALE (>30d).
- RTTy (72) and Tyrell (74) hold 58% of the backlog; both are owned lanes and should triage their own.
- Nothing deleted: all these branches exist on remotes, so they are integration debt, not loss risk, and a wrong deletion is unrecoverable.
Not touched, deliberately
- arista/bny: 53 commits, no remote, employer/client material under RULE-employer-client-material-boundary-20260823.md. No agent bundled, mirrored or inspected it. TASK-20260916-05 records the fact for Rich; the tip commit says remotes were retired on purpose.

- Rich: arista/bny decision; delete the empty repo rdmsm4x-dev-sites-firmwaredb.io (needs delete_repo scope this session lacks).

Undo
Mirrors and rescue refs are additive (delete the repos/refs to reverse). Snapshots are files under ~/dev/_backups. No working tree, branch or ticket state was modified.
