  • Review: 1 Sonnet subagent (172k tokens), verdict MERGE — role is exhaustively "server"/"client" (Sources/tyrelld/Daemon.swift:38), route registered only in the server branch (:203/:245), no auth layer ahead of routing in ECS0HTTPServer, so 404 is the only legitimate client answer.
  • Verified hub side: merged onto main a0199a3 in a scratch worktree; swift test --filter M2_Orch7_Challenger2_EmpiricalLiveStressTests → 7 executed, 0 failures, 0 skipped; target test passed. Live: /api/fleet/usage 200 on rdmsm4x.
  • Verified client side: rdmbair13m5 and rdmbair15m5 both role=client, /api/fleet/usage → 404.
  • Merged 12:06:27 EDT as baa0708. Local main fast-forwarded; pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net). fleet/main = backup/main = local = baa0708.
  • Cleanup: scratch worktree _worktrees/tyrell-pr43-verify-20260918 removed (clean); scratch branch deleted after tree-equality check with main; remote PR branch deleted on GitHub.
• GitHub CI is not a signal: every job is refused for account billing in 6–8 s with zero steps. Filed ISSUE-20260918-01.
