rdmsm4x Amagansett merge-all changelog

Merged all committed Amagansett branch tips into the canonical main checkout after Rich's explicit approval. The source branches and linked worktrees remain preserved for rollback and provenance.

• All named branch tips and the detached resolver baseline are ancestors of final main.

Conflict and preservation decisions

• Ordinary merge conflicts in shared receipts/state and overlapping runtime/config files were resolved in favor of the already-integrated canonical platform/runtime state; no source branch was rewritten or deleted.
• Untracked scratch artifacts were not merged or deleted. Remaining dirty linked worktrees are:

  • /Users/richh/dev/_handoff/codex-out/amagansett-ak-tax-ingestion-20260828 (Superpowers scratch state/assets)

  • /Users/richh/dev/_handoff/codex-out/amagansett-design-review-20260922 (design review scratch files)
• Canonical main is clean. No deployment, DNS, Cloudflare Access, credential, or external communication action was taken.

Undo / rollback

• Every source branch and worktree remains available; revert the merge commits in reverse order or reset a new recovery branch to pre-merge 86b4e3bc4339ea942299c9e2cd6d4a10a7e59abe.
• Do not delete the handoff worktrees until integration and release acceptance are complete.

Outstanding owner actions

• None required for this merge. Any future deploy/public-launch decision remains gated by the project safety rules and Rich's explicit authorization.
