Fresh final inventory: all 55 of 55 discovered Air repository HEADs are contained in their matching canonical checkouts. Discovery covered apps, lib, sites, fleet, scripts, _ops and agy, to depth 3, excluding generated/archive/cache trees. This is bounded source parity, not proof about every file on the machine or runtime release parity.

Integrated source

Nine previously lagging canonical main checkouts were fast-forwarded after isolated tests. They had been behind already-published bare-repository main tips: pushing to the bare remote does not update the hub working checkout. Each main is clean and includes a local documentation receipt after the imported source commit. Documentation receipts have not been pushed to remote repositories.

Total: 1,314 passed test executions (not a claim of distinct tests across packages). All nine swift test --package-path <candidate> -j 2 commands exited 0. Three additional swift build --package-path <Lemmings player> -j 2 commands passed: Lemmings, OhNoMoreLemmings, ChristmasLemmings. Exact commands, timings and logs: validation-results.json, validation/*.log, test-counts.json, lemmings-build-results.json. These are native debug source checks, not universal2 release/signing/visual acceptance.

Already integrated and intentionally preserved

• ReplicantDB, Tyrell, receipt projects and other matched projects already contained their Air main changes. RTTy canonical was ahead of Air. No old checkout was copied over newer canonical work.
• Tyrell preserve/agy-lane-worktree-censushistory-20260915 at 455b132 remains preserved. Its accepted UI/event-emission changes are on main; the branch-only census-history route was the explicitly superseded alternative. See tyrell-preserve-disposition.md. Do not merge the entire archive branch.
• StatementDL source already matched. Its sole untracked AGENTS.md was preserved verbatim, imported with a host/date provenance note, and committed with continuity records on canonical main. See statement-doc-integration.json. No statement data or credentials were read or copied.
• Twelve differing non-Git fleet source/document files were SHA-256 verified into /Users/richh/dev/_migration/conflicts/rdmbair15m5-20260922-reconcile. Its manifest.json records the source names and checksums. StatementDL's original AGENTS.md is also there. gitleaks dir --redact scanned 287,365 bytes and found no leaks. This is preservation, not activation. See fleet-copy-disposition.md for the source-version decisions. The old coordinator is superseded, the quota scheduler is date-bound stale, and the watchdog remains inert. The unique overnight-shifter parser was tested and excluded: it undercounts the real 609-test KingsQuestII log as 439 and a mixed 25-test fixture as 5. Exact source and failing-case evidence are preserved.

Coordination and quota

Requests and milestone messages were delivered through agent_msg to AGY and Claude on rdmbair15m5 and Claude on rdmsm4x. Delivery is verified; no actual peer acknowledgment or completed AGY handoff was received. Existing TASK-20260922-01 remains the owner of quota-reset resumption.

The fresh coordinator snapshot showed all eight existing AGY conversations QUOTA, reset 2026-09-22 22:23:21–22 EDT. Existing scheduled retries are 22:25 and 22:45 EDT. A bounded Gemini 3.7 Flash High read-only request timed out after 90 seconds with no handoff output. Existing conversations were not interrupted or model-switched. One GPT-6 Luna medium reviewer handled inventory and preserved-branch disposition; Git operations and tests were deterministic local work. No subscription changes or purchased usage resets were requested.

Preservation, exact changes and rollback

• Retained refs refs/reconcile/rdmbair15m5-20260922/before in all nine source repositories; before/after SHAs in integration-results.json. Isolated worktrees and codex/air-reconcile-20260922 branches retained under worktrees/.
• Imported source file lists reproduce with git -C <canonical> diff --name-only <before> <imported-source> using candidates.json. New local receipt commits change only SESSION-STATE.md and ISSUES.md; StatementDL also adds AGENTS.md.
• All pre-existing dirty canonical trees were left intact. No force pushes, resets, source deletions, live database mutations, daemon activation, production signing, notarization, app deployment, or provider/account-state copying.
• To undo source behavior, create a new isolated branch from current main and revert the imported commits after reviewing intervening work; validate before merging. The retained before refs allow exact reconstruction. Do not reset a shared checkout or overwrite another writer's work.
• Generated task-owned state: this evidence folder, recovery folder, per-project worktrees/refs/receipt commits, ticket/check-in/message records, PROJECTS.md reconciliation entry and per-host changelog. Leave these preserved until any subsequent release acceptance.
• Topology audit detected pre-existing account-lane expectation drift on two other hosts; the in-scope hub and Air account lanes were correct and canonical SSH passed on all six. No account identity changed.
