Every branch name, exact tip, current main, and disposition is retained in branch-disposition.tsv and branch-disposition.json. A reachable historical source blob alone was not treated as proof that the current behavior is equivalent.

Preservation and rollback

Source branches and integration worktrees remain intact under /Users/richh/dev/_handoff/codex-out/approved-merge-all-20260922. No force push, remote branch deletion, or published-history rewrite was used. Canonical main updates were fast-forwards to tested candidates. Dirty path hashes were checked across integration; explicit-path staging and path-specific input stashes preserved unrelated files.

For rollback, start a new isolated branch from the current main, use the recorded base and changed-file list to prepare a reviewed revert (merge commits require an explicit first parent), rerun the repository’s validations, and publish a normal forward commit. Do not reset shared main or force push. The receipts retain the original before/after commits, so the exact change can be reproduced.

Durable records

TASK-20260916-04 remains open for the remaining historical branch debt. SESSION-STATE checkpoints were committed with the integrations. PROJECTS.md, the host changelog, Apple Notes, and the fleet coordination check-in are updated separately at closeout. One existing GPT-6 Luna worker supplied bounded inventories/reviews and fixes; no new paid services were purchased.
