RTTy Build 521 lane D (P0): the dashboard no longer overflows its window — Build 520's header cap came from stale 2026-09-09 constants below the card's real minimum, so the content spilled under the toolbar and onto the targets table; the column is now laid out from measured sizes and the chart stack scrolls inside the card. 2 commits on dash/fit-20260924 (from main 7d597fe), not pushed.

• DashboardFitTests (5): Direct, Direct 2×, Standard × 1440×900 / 1440×1200 / 1150×1500 — no overlap, header and timeline inside, flows modules full height, non-flows bands whole. Negative control (520 column) fails it 18×.
