Completed HyperCPU documentation in the isolated docs/refresh-20260924 clone on rdmsm4x.

Recorded facts: b2 2a1d8ab; b3 3b10b17; b4 7a65b44; b5 e3d7fde. Tests 229 → 237 → 253 → 269 → 290. b5 installed on all six Macs per lead record. Installed b1→b2 whole-chart jumps 16→0 over 59 transitions. These are sourced historical results, not fresh app tests or fleet probes.

Fresh validation: generator executed; --check passed after all commits; git diff --check 20bc2bd HEAD passed; all Markdown links resolve; HTML parser found three embedded PNGs and no external URLs. Worktree clean. Only the seven named documentation/generator paths changed; no Sources, Info.plist, project.yml, entitlements or build scripts changed. No push, canonical integration or website deployment.

Could not source / remaining evidence boundaries: ISSUES.md absent (helper issue sourced from SESSION-STATE); raw installed before/after and fleet receipts remain in lead handoff directories outside clone; no fresh ASC query, live interaction/Intel visual acceptance, current b5 Store preflight or notarization. App Store Connect record absent/not submitted is the owner's supplied status. Browser preview unavailable: in-app browser unavailable and browser inventory empty; no browser-render or filter-interaction pass claimed.

Rollback: five documentation commits are isolated in this clone, based on 20bc2bd52adbccf418c922944e0dd90fc6df4e46. Revert the five commits in reverse order if integrated; no runtime settings or app data were changed. No new backup needed for additive version-controlled documentation. App release owner actions remain helper approval and ASC record/submission; not part of this documentation lane.
