All commits use explicit paths. The clone is clean after these commits. No Sources/, Info.plist, project.yml, entitlements or build scripts were edited. No application build, signing, upload, canonical integration or website deployment was performed in this documentation lane.

What is now documented

Alignment merged at 54d3453; the old SESSION-STATE unmerged line is historical.
ECSUI themes with Space Blue dark, RTTy band grammar, one-page Settings, rendered menu-bar pill, modular dashboard and real CPU/memory/sysctl data. The old CPU figure used Double.random.
Recorded tests grew from 6 to 75: SystemOptimizer 6, HyperTuneCore 50, HyperTuneUI 19. Final recorded run: 2026-09-24 00:34:48–00:35:51 EDT, ./build.sh --test exit 0, Release success, 0 app compiler warnings, universal2 across 3 binaries and strict development signature validation.
Issue triage: 4 resolved, 3 carried, 2 new; 5 open.
Store upload remains blocked on the aligned ./build.sh --app-store and ./scripts/submit_appstore.zsh --validate receipts and the missing App Store Connect app record. September 22 certification evidence is historical engineering validation, not Apple approval.

Fresh documentation validation

python3 scripts/gen_status_dashboard.py --check passed, including after commits.
Python AST syntax check and node --check /tmp/hypertune-dashboard.js passed.
/tmp/check_hypertune_docs.py verified 28 rows, 5 valid inline PNGs, no external resource references, README/STATUS Markdown link targets and all cited commit objects.
A temporary fixture verified self-location from /tmp, stale-output rejection and invalid-status rejection. Inline-JS VM checks passed status filtering, case-insensitive search and combined empty result. git diff --check passed.
Browser visual verification could not run: no browser connector was exposed, and Computer Use denied Safari access. HTML structure/filter checks are not claimed as visual acceptance.

What could not be sourced or freshly proven

No new app test, Store validation, signing, upload or Apple review results were produced. The 75 tests are explicitly attributed to SESSION-STATE and the alignment lane, not this lane.
No live ASC inventory was queried. The missing app record comes from Rich's 2026-09-24 task brief.
No release/build numbers were invented; CHANGELOG identifies events by dates and source commits.
No current proof of privileged writes, per-cluster CPU plot, cache topology, live preview panels, Intel runtime, Activity Monitor comparison, hover/drag/accessibility or light-menu-bar behavior.
App Intents and CloudKit round-trip evidence are absent from the supplied source set; shown as Planned baseline obligations. SystemOptimizer's relationship remains undecided.
The scoped refresh reconciles stale historical statements in the requested files without editing SESSION-STATE or DECISIONS. Their original records remain available as provenance.
