Follow-up to rdmsm4x-changelog-20260924-0148-portfolio-review-app-index: three corrections made after the first publish, so the index claims no more than the evidence shows.

What changed

DishTTY: Working → Working (qualified) — its App Store channel is in scope and unproven, and the newest feature (753871b) is not in the installed build; the installed copy on rdmsm4x was measured (1.0.0 (1), Developer ID, not running at 01:34). data commit 17d9f76.
hyperTune: "installed nowhere" → "no install on rdmsm4x (measured), none recorded elsewhere". data commit 17d9f76.
App Store wording: only the 19 apps whose submit script provably cannot leave the offline path say so (ISSUE-20260924-02); every other app now says "App Store Connect upload — none on record". The ASC key has existed since 2026-09-10, so the 24 scripts that read ASC_* names were not assumed offline. data commit 53885f9.
The review (fleet/docs/PORTFOLIO-REVIEW-20260924.md) was updated to match, adds the "N Tests OK" pill defect (gen_site.py counts evidence lines, not tests), and records the final read-back. fleet repo commit 0f5ecd8 (pushed).
dev.ecs0.net wording: 13 of 14 project-docs records date from 2026-08-28 (Xentropy's was refreshed by its lane at 01:34). data commit ee59222.
~/dev/PROJECTS.md: DishTTY, hyperTune and dev.ecs0.net rows re-synced (cells 4–5 only).

Verification

Site regenerated by a standalone gen_site.py after each correction (last 02:01:21, rc 0, 129 s); served origin http://127.0.0.1:8787/index.html re-read: HTTP 200, 169,324 bytes, 55 cards, corrected lines present on p/dishtty, p/hypertune, p/voight, p/dev-ecs0-net.
The launchd devsite run kickstarted 01:37:09 finished 01:51:13 with every stage rc 0.
All commits pushed to fleet and backup remotes (unpushed 0).

Undo

git -C ~/dev/data revert ee59222 53885f9 17d9f76; the next devsite run regenerates the site.
