• richhdoty/rdmsm4x-dev-apps-tyrell#45, branch claude/tyrell-pressure-doccomments-20260924, one commit 4a3de65.
• Verified locally before merging: three-dot diff vs backup/main is exactly 1 file, Sources/TyrellCore/Telemetry/HostPressureEvaluator.swift, +16/-5; filtering the diff for any non-comment changed line returned nothing. (gh pr diff showed 6 files/377 lines — a stale merge-base artifact from the branch being cut before main was pushed; measured locally, it is the one file.)
• Both CI jobs failed with zero steps in 8 s. Check-run annotation: "The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or your spending limit needs to be increased." Same failure on every main run since 2026-09-16 (last green main: 85e5bc6). Already ticketed as ISSUE-20260918-01 (in-progress); this sweep appended the evidence.
• main is not branch-protected. Merged with gh pr merge 45 --merge --delete-branch → merge commit e5a663d at 2026-09-25T03:07:42Z. gh also removed the local branch and its worktree ~/dev/_worktrees/tyrell-pressure-doccomments-20260924 (worktree was clean, 0 dirty files, before merge).
• Local main fast-forwarded ca47653 → e5a663d (working tree was clean). git push fleet main → git.ecs0.net:git/apps/Tyrell.git now equal to local main (was 2 behind).

Claude Code threads (desktop sidebar)

• 18 non-archived threads found; every one is a prior run of this same sweep.
• Archived 12 whose last activity was >72 h ago and which hold no ticket claim or PR (all archive calls took effect this run, unlike the 09-19/09-21 runs that recorded "none took effect"): sessions ending 09-19 19:19 → 09-21 21:00 EDT.
• Retitled 1: local_d79d67ce (09-23 23:59 EDT) had the bare title with no result → "… — ended without a report, (2026-09-23 23:59 EDT)".
• Left 5 untouched (<72 h, titles already carry their result and datetime).
• No app-project threads exist on this host's sidebar; the 9 live ticket claims (grok0924 ×6 on rdmsm4x, claude@rdmbair15m5/netdoc-0924 ×2, plus a lapsed OFFER on ISSUE-20260924-30) belong to CLI/other-host sessions, so no thread carries a "next build" stamp.

Not touched, deliberately

• apps/LogTTY is on agy/overnight-20260924-logtty-settings-storage-inspector with 5 dirty files — another agent's in-flight work.
• ~/dev/issues has 5 dirty files — the live ticket store, normal.
• Owner-wide open PRs after merge: 0 (control query for closed PRs returned #44/#43/#42, so the zero is a real zero).

Deviations from the task file

• Model downshift to Sonnet 5 was attempted per policy but the app refuses set_session_model for a session's own model ("a session must not silently re-price its own turns"). The run stayed on Fable 5.1. Fix belongs in the scheduled task's own model setting, not in the run.

Verification
