Gate failure (ISSUE-20260925-02)

Attempt 5 (22:52 Sep 24) failed in stage 5: build_and_run.sh "App Intents metadata inputs missing". The sidecar swift build relied on SwiftPM's default engine; on Xcode 26.6 (Swift 6.3) that is native (no const-values / SwiftFileList). Prior gates passed only on the hub's cached swiftbuild tree.
Fix on release/0.3.848-build523: dbc12fe (--build-system swiftbuild + contract line in release_signing_test.sh), 029aa61 (lookup accepts RTTy.build/.../Objects-normal (26.6) and RTTy-p.build (27)). Verified: fresh --stage build extracted 14 intent references.
Keychain fix subset (ISSUE-20260925-01): ec19d7a — egress HMAC 1 h backoff after failure, off-main load, optional fingerprint; +3 tests, 21/21 pass.
Branch pushed to the hub repo (fast-forward, no force). main untouched. No tag.

Blocked

Signing: login.keychain-db is locked for agent contexts (errSecInternalComponent). Store construct at ec19d7a failed (installer identity only in login keychain); fleet-signing (unlocked via ~/bin/fleet_sign_unlock) lacks the installer + Developer ID identities. Rich: unlock the login keychain / run tools/chain523.zsh from his Terminal after setting C=029aa61 in logs/trust-523.env (backup trust-523.env.bak-grok-24a4ce8). Never run post523.
Screenshots: Screen Recording is not granted to ssh/tmux/local-exec on rdmsm4x or rdmbair15m5. Produced DRAFT off-screen renders of the real views with synthetic doc-range data: screenshots/render523-draft/ (harness included). Dark dashboard popups render white; final set needs a real capture.
