RTTy 0.3.848 / Build 523 shipped Direct to all six Macs; Store build and ASC upload held by the 522 App Review freeze

One line: the 523 gate passed 10/10 on its seventh attempt (2026-09-25 10:45 EDT) and the notarized Developer ID build is installed and running on all six Macs; the App Store side waits for Apple's answer on 522 (TASK-20260925-01).

What shipped

• Tag v0.3.848-build523 → 029aa61 on branch release/0.3.848-build523 (origin, backup, fleet). Not merged to main (freeze).
• Gate attempt 7: PASS 10/10, 10:37:40–10:45:40 EDT, 1711 tests per arch (1 skipped, 0 failures; 522 had 1628), notarization 9638ab27 Accepted, stapled, Gatekeeper "Notarized Developer ID".
• Direct zip sha256 6f6dc32d… (16,724,290 bytes), exe sha256 d26e2b86…; installer v1.7, rollback baseline 522.
• Fleet: canary rdmpw3275m 10:47, then rdmsm4x, rdmbair13m5, rdmbair15m5, rdmpw3265m, jdmbair13m5 by 10:48:27, all first try; all six verified running exe d26e2b86….
• Soak +15 min (11:03): six of six on 523, 0 crashes, 0 keychain -25307 errors.

Why seven attempts

1. Killed with the session restart (22:07).
2. Stage 4: universal package contract read the previous cycle's dist/ → moved after the build (be5ee61).
3. Stage 1: a sync job fast-forwarded ~/dev/lib/ECSSystem off its pin.
4. Stage 4: two swift-testing suites the gate skips → converted to XCTest (24a4ce8).
5. Stage 5: App Intents inputs missing (native build system) → grok dbc12fe + 029aa61.
6. Stage 7: System Events wedged on its code-requirement cache → restarted it.
7. PASS, run from Terminal.app in a private pinned tree.
