Tyrell: Build 34 shipped and chat campaign Phase 0 shipped as Build 37 (5 of 6 hosts)

Tyrell Chat now loads on the hub in ≤ 1.6 s. The hub had pointed chat
at a master.local placeholder. 4,842 junk rooms were
archived reversibly. The console no longer fakes delivery, and bus
health can reach green.
Scope
- Hosts: rdmsm4x (hub), rdmbair15m5 (canary),
rdmpw3275m, rdmbair13m5 and jdmbair13m5 are on app 37 / daemon
f1a765830ac3. - rdmpw3265m could not be reached over ssh. It is still on its previous build.
Changes
- Build 34 (FEAT-20260926-03): stamp
18a0a97, tagv0.2.0-build34. - Build 37 (ISSUE-20260926-05/-06/-07): main
fcb7aae. Builds 35 and 36 were intermediate cuts.- Build 35 was deployed.
- Build 36 failed its canary probe, and that failure was fixed in 37.
- Chat PRD Q1 is recorded as decided by Rich: all
chats are indexed and searchable (
76b89de). - Hub chat store migration (reversible):
- Rooms went from 4,842 to 5 and messages from 3,988 to 53, moved into
chat_*_archive. - Backup:
~/Library/Application Support/Tyrell/backups/chatstore-pre-cleanup-20260926-162415.db. - Pre-backup:
~/archive-quarantine-20260926/tyrell-chatstore-pre-cleanup-142641/tyrell.db.

Verification
- Tests: Swift Testing 1,079 (baseline 1,037) and XCTest 433 / 184 / 11. The single FileDescriptorLimit failure is environmental.
- Build: universal2, notarized, stapled, with 0 zero-identity violations.
- Canary: probe passed and was accepted, and the
receipt was issued (nonce
canary-20260926-165627). - Measured per host at 17:00: Info.plist 37, running
daemon
releases/daemon-f1a765830ac3,:43117200. - Live captures:

Undo
- Chat store:
tyrelld --db ~/Library/Application\ Support/Tyrell/tyrell.db --chat-cleanup-restore chatstore-cleanup-20260926-162415(stop the daemon first). - App: the previous app is kept under
/Applications/.tyrell-rollbacks/.

- rdmpw3265m still needs the rollout when it comes back.
