Verification: 42 tests in 4 suites, zero failures, including 11 SA-01 text cases; fake tmux/ps runners only in tests. Universal release artifact x86_64 arm64, minos/sdk 26.7 both; --version returned 0.1.0 on hub. SHA256: 364ce73f3495dba195a97dbd702c63965427ff8ca35f6f69645f36c8a21edb18. Live reads selected agy for new build, claude for careful change, decision-ticket exit 2 for purchase. Claude live count 8/2. No error feed configured: output reports degraded coverage. No secret/auth store read; no model calls, Tyrell or mem0 edits.

Preservation/undo: base scaffold 761e57c remains on canonical main; changes isolated in the named branch. No backup of user data needed because none was mutated. The lead can decline the branch or revert its three additive commits after review. Do not reset the worktree over another writer. No processes/sessions were started to undo; no installation/deployment occurred.

Outstanding boundaries: lead review/integration; real apply intentionally untested by instruction; MCP/root-cause generator out of scope; unsigned prototype common-26.7 floor, no Intel runtime QA. Apple Notes write pending if the tool confirms this Background session cannot access Aqua. No Rich-only engineering decision required for this handoff.
