2. Added MemCacheStatusUI target and product to Package.swift: contains @MainActor MemCacheStatusModel (reads store counters, entries, heartbeat JSON, and recent errors directly via MemCacheCore Swift API) and MemCacheStatusView (SwiftUI status view displaying cache health badge, hit rate, hits/misses, tokens saved ("est."), entry count, and last 10 errors). 6 unit tests added with fixture store.
3. Created native macOS menu bar app in ~/dev/apps/memcache: LSUIElement app with SF Symbol menu bar icon tinted by cache health (ok=green, stale=yellow, down=red), menu showing live hit rate and tokens saved, "Open Status Window…", and Quit. Automated bundle generation with scripts/bundle_app.zsh, universal2 binary, ad-hoc signed. Launched cleanly and captured window screenshot ~/dev/_handoff/memcache-app-20260926/app-window.png.
