Generating source and publication boundary

The existing portal file sites/dev.ecs0.net/wiki/tyrell/index.html explicitly names this Tyrell spec in its footer; its section 18 matches the old spec text. The inspected portal scripts include gen_hub.py, gen_project_pages.py, build_site.py, sync_wiki.zsh, and the estate's gen_site.py / generate_project_prds.py. The sync script imports the historical HTML from /Users/richh/dataroo.net/wiki; current generators do not regenerate this embedded spec. A scoped Python/shell source search found no original renderer. Source correction is committed and backed up; main integration and served-page refresh are pending. No site deploy or public publication was performed. Preserve the site's required paired publication and manifest checks when its owner refreshes it.

Verified facts and gaps for agy/parent

/Applications/Tyrell.app/Contents/Info.plist: version 0.2.0, build 46, observed during this run. This does not establish any other host's installed version.
SA-12a still says maintain tier; FLEET section 3 still references upkeep. Rich's routed instruction states that fixing Tyrell became a standing priority on 2026-09-26. This is a policy-document mismatch, not authority to invent a new tier, commercial availability, pricing or public-launch status.
_handoff/grok-tyrell-prds-20260926/ contains four old PNGs under screens/, no PRD markdown in the observed inventory. They are not new product screenshots.

The retained worktree is the requested reviewable handback; parent removes it after integration. No direct docs-bot notification has been sent.
