- "tracked ticket count DROPPED 1469->1466" (02:07 EDT) — root-caused via ticket show + git show --diff-filter=D: 3 tickets (FEAT-20260902-07, FEAT-20260902-11, REV-20260902-02) were legitimately moved to closed/, which the integrity counter doesn't track — a "check that measures the wrong thing" false positive, not data loss. Filed TASK-20260927-84.
