rdmsm4x: resume sweep by claude dev-4b. build_slot v1.1, notes autopublish v1.3, git backups + gitleaks review

Summary: Closed 5 fleet tickets after coordinating with the active sessions (dev-28 controller, dev-40 comms, dev-f9 Hermes, dev-b4 coordinator). Nothing is half-applied.

Changes

build_slot.zsh v1.1 (fleet/ops b99e682 + 9f32b40; installed ~/bin on all 6 hosts, sha 93dd415395f6, backups ~/bin/build_slot.zsh.bak-v1.0). (( n++ )) under set -e killed acquire --wait on the first reap, and re-declared locals leaked name=value into the slot id. Hermetic test ops/tests/test_build_slot.zsh: v1.1 passes 6/6, v1.0 passes 2/6, on arm64 and both Intel hosts.
claude_notes_autopublish.zsh v1.3.0 (~/scripts 07b93c3). Passes all seven title fields. Publishes seven-field-named changelogs, which were skipped as foreign (28 on rdmsm4x had never reached Notes; the hourly job now drains them at 8 per run). The dup check searched the default Notes account instead of the work iCloud account, so it always answered "new".
Git backups. apps/autoCE got a backup remote (same URL as origin). lib/t3code and lib/tokenbar now use the existing private mirrors. lib/bumblebee got a new private rdmsm4x-dev-lib-bumblebee with Actions disabled. _venture got a new fleet bare repo plus private rdmsm4x-dev-venture. finance is exempt by design: git config fleet-sync.nobackup. fleet_git_sync.zsh v1.1 (maintenance a147ad6) reports it as BACKUP-EXEMPT.
gitleaks gate (TASK-02). The pushes in (3) bypassed it before I saw the ticket. Review: all 82 hits are in public upstream history, none local-only, so nothing was exposed. Added .gitleaksignore in bumblebee a5b28d74e, t3code 7c41e94be and tokenbar 1a231856c. The gate went from rc=1 to rc=0, and the negative control (a new fake key) still gives rc=1. Moved a stale 0-byte t3code index.lock (2026-09-26 19:19, no holder) aside.

Verification

Every push was checked with git ls-remote against local HEAD. Test counts are listed above. Notes publish was verified in the work account.

build_slot: cp ~/bin/build_slot.zsh.bak-v1.0 ~/bin/build_slot.zsh on each host.
Scripts: git revert the commits listed above.
finance: git -C ~/dev/finance config --unset fleet-sync.nobackup.
