• TASK-20260927-84 + ISSUE-20260927-28 (same bug, ticket_store_commit.zsh false CRITICAL alarm + closed/ never backed up): RESOLVED together.
• ISSUE-20260927-22 (Tyrell FileDescriptorLimitTests false failure on high-ulimit hosts): RESOLVED.
• TASK-20260927-87 (rdmpw3265m build routing + FLEET-SPECS.md): RESOLVED.

• ~/dev/fleet/ops/tickets/ticket_store_commit.zsh — v1.0 -> v1.1. Treats closed/ identically to open//resolved/ in the status pathspec, prestaged-foreign check, per-path parsing, move-twin detection (now checks all 3 dirs), credential gates, staging, and the tracked-count integrity check. State field renamed tracked_open_resolved -> tracked_open_resolved_closed with a fallback read of the old field. Commit 24b92a3 in ~/dev/fleet, path-scoped (git add ops/tickets/ticket_store_commit.zsh only). Already on backup and fleet remotes (ancestor of current shared-repo HEAD).
• ~/dev/apps/Tyrell/Tests/TyrellCoreTests/FileDescriptorLimitTests.swift — testRaiseNeverLowersTheLimit now compares against min(result.before, kern.maxfilesperproc) instead of raw result.before, since a soft limit already above the kernel's per-process cap gets clamped (reported as a lower "effective" number) without ever being an actual decrease. Worked in worktree ~/dev/_worktrees/tyrell-fdtest-20260927 off main (077e963, Build 48), branch fix/fd-limit-test-20260927, commit 301c9b6, pushed to backup+fleet remotes. Not merged to main — left for the lead to integrate.
• /Users/richh/dev/_handoff/grok-architecture/FLEET-SPECS.md (flat handoff doc, not a git repo) — corrected the stale "OFFLINE" row for rdmpw3265m with live-verified hardware/software specs and appended a dated note with re-verification evidence and routing-code confirmation.

Commands run (representative)

• ticket claim/resolve/comment for each ticket (see ticket store for full evidence text).
• Fixture testing of ticket_store_commit.zsh in a scratch git repo (before/after, plus a negative-control genuine-deletion case and a backward-compat state.json case).

Verification evidence

• ticket_store_commit: BEFORE false CRITICAL TRACKED TICKET COUNT DROPPED: 3 -> 2 (rc=2) on a normal close; AFTER 1 moved, rc=0, count holds. Negative control (real deletion) still alarms correctly.
• Tyrell test: BEFORE XCTAssertGreaterThanOrEqual failed: ("245760") is less than ("1048576"); AFTER 5/5 pass.
• rdmpw3265m: ssh succeeds, xcodebuild -version -> Xcode 26.6 Build 17F113, 3 valid codesigning identities including Developer ID Application.

Backups / undo

• ticket_store_commit.zsh original content preserved in git history at ~/dev/fleet prior to commit 24b92a3 (git show 24b92a3~1:ops/tickets/ticket_store_commit.zsh).
• Tyrell test change is an isolated branch/worktree, not merged; deleting the worktree and branch fully reverts it.
• FLEET-SPECS.md is a plain markdown file with no version control; prior content is visible in this changelog and in the conversation transcript.

Outstanding owner actions

• None required from Rich. The Tyrell branch fix/fd-limit-test-20260927 awaits the coordinating lead's integration decision (not merged per instructions).
