Key findings (measured)

• Installed on all 6 hosts: xattr 0.7.1 (7), ReplicantDB 1.22.2 (52), XEntropy 0.3.3 (6); rooDB.app 1.0.0 (1) still present on rdmsm4x, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m.
• BLAKE3: no working implementation in any repo before xattr feat/hash-engine (7341f8c, 2026-09-27). Prior art was the rdDB design, a false CLI string (corrected in replicantDB 4d509ab, still present in the archived rooDB), a schema-only RMF column (replicantDB 742de27), and a DataMobDaemon README claim with no code.
• feat/parity-core c93ae47 admits credential-shaped files to content opens and matching (DEFAULTS-AUDIT rows 11/12/40), contrary to EPIC-20260926-02. PRD X-D10 restores list-but-never-read before merge.
• feat/parity-ui was cut without lane A, so Phase 0 must merge in order and re-point its data seam.

Verification

• git log -1 = 9de37dd; git push rc=0 to both remotes; the ticket CLI returned rc=0 for every comment, status and release; the bus returned message IDs for every send.

Undo

• git -C ~/dev/apps/xattr revert 9de37dd (docs only). DEC-20260927-17 can be closed as superseded.

Outstanding

• DEC-20260927-17 awaits Rich (work proceeds on A). PRD §16 Q1 (deleting retired stores) and Q5 (arista zips) are SA-01 items for Rich.
