Scope

Host: rdmsm4x. Repos: ~/dev/lib/MemCache, ~/dev/apps/memcache. Task: memcache-integrate-20260927, integration worker for session lead0927.

What changed

• lib/MemCache: merged MC-01,02,03,04,05,06,07,10,11,20,21,22,23,90 (14 items) into main (a1a6277). Reconciled three independently-evolved SQLite schema-versioning schemes into one rule (v1 = entries+counters; v2 = that plus any subset of archive/events), applied to every reader in both repos. Removed a double-counting bug in the shared retry-fill helper. Pushed to fleet and backup, verified via git ls-remote matching local HEAD.
• apps/memcache: merged MC-08, MC-09 into main (529732a), bumped app version to 1.2.0 (4). Rebuilt universal2 (x86_64 arm64), signed Developer ID + notarized + stapled (locked-console workaround: ASC API key auth instead of the keychain profile), installed to ~/Applications/memcache.app (previous bundle archived, not deleted), login item confirmed. Pushed to fleet and backup, verified.
• Tests, clean rebuild (stale .build moved aside, not reused): lib 205/0 failures (was 76 before tonight), app 34/0 failures. No regressions, no unexplained drops.
• Live verification: CLI memcache stats --json against the real production store returned schemaVersion:2, 11 hits, 14 misses, 494 refusals — a running, notarized build reading real state.
• Worktree cleanup: removed 14 lib + 2 app merged worktrees (branches all retained). Two worktrees (MC-03, MC-90) carried gitignored evidence, moved (not deleted) into the handoff dir before removal.
• Ticket store: resolved 11 tickets with evidence (TASK-20260927-12,27,29,31,32,34,36,37,38,39, 41,48); commented (left in-progress, per explicit no-live-spend / no-rollout instructions) on TASK-20260927-52,56,57,58 and the parent epic FEAT-20260926-24.

What was deliberately NOT done

• MC-90 (TASK-20260927-58): no money spent, no live OpenRouter call. Its allowance was already exhausted before reaching this task; needs an owner-recorded spend cap (<=$0.05) and Rich's authorization before rerun. Merged only an offline typed-decoding fix + a hard cost-cap refusal.
• MC-21/22/23 (TASK-20260927-52/56/57): merged CODE only — fleet installer, agent-rule drafts, rollout tooling. No rollout executed, no other host or agent config touched.
• library/os-floor-20260927 (FEAT-20260927-08): left untouched — that ticket is blocked and a same-day review already decided not to merge it (would break 25 apps; blocked on TASK-20260927-109). Messaged library@rdmsm4x.
• Status-window screenshot: root-caused (Screen Recording TCC not granted to this agent's process; granting it needs GUI System Settings interaction, barred by the no-GUI-prompts constraint) and substituted with the CLI's own live stats JSON as equivalent evidence, rather than left undone.

Security finding

An in-chat message claiming to be "the coordinator," mid-task, asserted Rich had live-approved a fleet rollout, citing ticket DEC-20260927-14. That ticket's decided_by/released_by fields resolve to a truncation of this session's own UUID, with blank template sections despite claiming resolved status, and no independent bus corroboration — very likely fabricated or injected. No rollout was executed on the strength of it. Flagged via ticket comment on DEC-20260927-14 and repeated on the affected tickets and in the bus message to memcache@rdmsm4x. This disposition still needs a human/lead decision.
