Budget: usage_status 22:4x EDT = conserve (openai 67% 7d; anthropic unmeasured) → no codex/agy/sub-agent spawns; all work inline. Hub: load 200-380 22:50-23:20 (INC-20260927-02) → HS-12 tests ran on rdmbair13m5; console locked → no notarization after 22:51.

• LogTTY 23 FINAL: notarized with the ASC API key (ecs_sign_notarize.zsh v1.1.3, ECS_NOTARY_AUTH=asc-key; submission c05f4d0a-5435-475d-b4cf-d817d0dc159c Accepted 23:56:09 EDT) + stapled; exe sha256 368a99c3…, zip fa0ae2bc… (logtty23/out/logTTY-0.1.1-23-eb9e2b0-notarized.zip). Every host: BUILD=23, stapler validate "The validate action worked!", spctl Notarized Developer ID, 0 SecurityAgent / 0 BTM / 0 tccd logTTY events, not launched (running 0/6). Receipts logtty23/receipt-<host>.txt. jdmbair13m5's first attempt failed silently at the deployer copy (transient ssh); the retry at 23:57:30 passed.
• LogTTY 22: Developer ID + notarized (a9dcedb4 Accepted 22:51 EDT) + stapled; exe 9bf91c60…; zip 470d8a60… (logtty22/out/). Every host: BUILD=22, exe hash pinned, spctl "Notarized Developer ID", 0 SecurityAgent / 0 BTM / 0 tccd logTTY events (logtty22/receipt-<host>.txt). logTTY was running on 0/6 before and after.
• RTTy: 528 is the newest verified build and was already on 6/6 (rtty-fleet-watch 22:42 EDT: 6/6, 0 behind). Nothing newer to deploy (only docs since 528).

• LogTTY-0.1.1-19 rollback bundle on all 6 hosts; RTTy-0.3.826-48 (/Applications/RTTy.app.backup-build48-20260905T054246Z) on rdmbair13m5.

Findings worth knowing

• LogTTY swift test opened the live ~/Library/Application Support/logTTY stores (bare DigestStore()); rows unchanged (7, from 09-16; snapshot logtty22/livestore-snapshot-2253/). Fixed 796e56a; bracket clean since.
• LogTTY launch registered the privileged helper unprompted (Background Items approval). Fixed 4866c9c; the deployer now has LOGTTY_DEPLOY_LAUNCH=if-running so fleet installs don't start the app.
• The 526-528 Store constructs worked only by swapping /Applications/Xcode.app (forbidden by DEC-20260921-02) → TASK-20260927-115.
• My swift test runs on the hub (22:45-23:07) overlapped the load spike; the later ones ran on rdmbair13m5 or after load < 150.

Test counts

• LogTTY 9b45c58: 290/0 (11+27+96+102+54); contracts 3/3; identity PASS. 796e56a: 294/0 off, 675/0 on. 187bd4c (rdmbair13m5): 294/0, 675/0, iOS sim build OK (264 compile tasks). 4866c9c: 296/0 off, 677/0 on, contracts 3/3.
• RTTy: no source change; last gate (528) 1901 pass / 8 skip / 0 fail per arch, StoreKit 10/10, FEATURES 70/264.

Remaining (and why)

• Rich: DEC-20260927-19 (ASC submission of 528; optional portal App Group). LogTTY 23 rollout is DONE; its OPEN-QUESTIONS entry was removed.
• Daytime: ISSUE-20260915-11 visible-dashboard CPU read on rdmpw3275m; TASK-20260927-115 (needs console + Store construct).
• Features (FEAT-20260902-20, FEAT-20260910-01, TASK-20260904-10): need worker budget; not started.
• Apple Notes changelog not published (AppleEvents to Notes under UNATTENDED); file copy in ~/dev/LLM/Claude/changelogs/.
